Health
- Vaccinations up to date, with proof from the last 12 months (kittens under 6 months: within the past month, at least 7 days before check-in). Bring the vaccination card.
- Good health: no flu, open wounds or contagious illness, and no known or suspected FIP, FIV, FeLV or FPV.
- Vet-approved flea or tick prevention within the last 30 days, or apply it with us at check-in (RM30).
- Tell us in advance about fleas, ticks, fungus (including ringworm), ear mites or any health condition, past, present or suspected. Your cat must be completely free of fleas, ticks and fungus by check-in. Medical conditions are accepted at our discretion.
- We do a physical check at check-in. Fleas, ticks or fungus found without notice mean the stay is declined and the deposit forfeited.
- Good to know: some breeds, like British Shorthairs and Ragdolls, can carry heart conditions that show no signs. If your cat is a senior, or your vet has ever mentioned a heart murmur, just let us know so we can take extra care.
What to bring
- Your cat's own food for the whole stay, labelled. We don't provide food, and please don't switch to a new diet during the stay. If you bring wet food, we serve it once a day only; for hygiene, we don't split packs or keep opened food, so bring smaller packs for small eaters.
Check-in and check-out
- Weekdays 10am to 3pm, weekends 10:30am to 3pm. Closed Tuesdays. By appointment, with your cat in a secure carrier.
- No check-ins after 3pm. Late check-out 3pm to 5pm: RM30 (last arrival 4:30pm). After 5pm, collect the next day, charged as an extra night.
Deposit and cancellation
- Your room is reserved once the 50% deposit is received (DuitNow or bank transfer). The balance is paid at check-in.
- Den, Chamber and Loft: cancel 7 or more days before check-in for a full deposit refund; within 7 days, it's forfeited. VIP Suite and festive months: no cancellations.

Health
- Strictly healthy, vaccinated cats only. No medical conditions or open wounds. Wait 7 to 14 days after a vaccination.

On the day
- Skip food 1 to 2 hours before, and come in a secure carrier.
- Over 30 minutes late means rescheduling.
- We never force a groom. If we stop for your cat's wellbeing, you pay only for work done.
- Before Chinese New Year: RM50 deposit per cat, forfeited for no-shows or late cancellations.
Common Questions
Is food provided?
No. Please bring your cat's usual food for the whole stay. New food during a stay can upset sensitive stomachs.
How are daily updates given?
On WhatsApp, every day. You'll get several videos plus notes on how your cat ate, slept, played and used the litter.
Is grooming ever forced?
Never. We handle every cat gently, with rewards and breaks, at their pace. If your cat isn't comfortable being groomed that day, we stop and advise you to take them home and try another day.
Do you mix cats during play?
Never. Playtime is one-to-one, about 30 minutes a day, and properly engaging if your cat wants to play.
Can I see the room first?
Yes. WhatsApp us for room videos, or arrange a visit.
Lion or teddy cuts?
No, we don't offer them.
